Over recent years, there has been an increase in demand for Counsel in the East Midlands with specialist employment knowledge.  In response to these needs, we have a developing and expanding a team of counsel at all levels of call and experience.

We act for both Claimants and Respondents/Defendants, with our clientele ranging from individuals, unions, SME’s and major organisations including a range of Government Departments and Agencies.

We undertake all aspects of employment law whether by way of Employment Tribunal proceedings or the County and High Court, including wrongful and unfair dismissal; breach of contract; discrimination/equality; equal pay; European related matters; human rights; industrial relations; injunctions; professional disciplinary hearings; restrictive covenants; trade secrets; compromise agreements; TUPE; and working time regulations.

Additionally, members are regularly instructed in harassment, bullying and stress at work claims and any overlap with personal injury claims.
