Richard Seabrook recently represented a care home at a four day Inquest into death of an elderly resident with dementia who died after scaling a gate and falling over in a secluded area. Investigation and involvement by police, ambulance service, local council, safeguarding and HSE. Multi-party representation. Avoided critical findings in the coroners narrative conclusion or any PFDR against the Care Home, despite PFDRs against two other bodies.
